Managed IT services for Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the Valley — delivered remotely by Amen Security, a Canadian MSP serving Arizona’s fast-growing SMB market. Monitoring, help desk, Microsoft 365, backups, and security under one written SLA, designed for companies whose headcount and tooling keep outpacing their IT.
Phoenix consistently ranks among America’s fastest-growing metros, and growth is exactly what breaks improvised IT: every new hire multiplies accounts, devices, and SaaS subscriptions nobody inventoried. The result is slow onboarding, shadow tools, and security gaps discovered during a client review instead of a plan.
We stabilize that pattern: identity lifecycle automated so day-one access works, patching scheduled outside business hours, backups verified rather than assumed, and monthly reporting that shows leadership what they are paying for. When you open the next site, IT onboarding is a checklist — not a project.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cover Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe?
Yes — the whole Valley and greater Arizona are served remotely with identical SLA terms; distance inside the state does not affect anything.
Our last provider disappeared during growth — how are you different?
Written scope, monthly reporting, and quarterly reviews are contractual, not goodwill. You always know what is covered and what it costs next quarter.
Do you have a Phoenix office?
No — remote-first delivery from our Canadian team, with on-site visits scoped when hardware requires hands.
Can you clean up the tool sprawl our growth created?
Yes — the free assessment inventories identities, licenses, and SaaS overlap, then consolidation recommendations come with real numbers.
Is US service identical to your Canadian offering?
Yes — same SLA structure, same engineering standards, delivered remotely across both countries.
