Managed IT services for Miami and South Florida — delivered remotely by Amen Security, a Winnipeg-based Canadian MSP serving US businesses. Monitoring, help desk, Microsoft 365, backups, and cybersecurity under one written SLA, with business-continuity planning built for a market where hurricane season is a real operational risk.
Miami runs on international trade, hospitality, logistics, professional services, and cross-border e-commerce — businesses where an outage during peak season costs far more than any IT retainer. Many teams also straddle time zones with Latin American partners, so support hours matter as much as ticket speed.
South Florida adds a continuity requirement most providers treat as an afterthought: storm-season readiness. We take backups seriously year-round — restore-tested, off-site copies documented in writing — plus a written recovery plan covering the realistic scenario of losing office access entirely while staff work remotely.
Why Miami businesses choose Amen over a local Florida MSP
- Per-seat pricing with written scope after a free assessment — comparable against any local quote
- Continuity planning that treats hurricane season as a design requirement, not a disclaimer
- Help desk staffed by senior engineers who learn your stack — no offshore script queue
- Security bundled into daily IT: EDR, MFA hygiene, verified backups
- Same team can rebuild your website or ship custom apps when product work appears

Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Miami?
No — we serve Miami and all of South Florida remotely from our Canadian team, with on-site visits scoped when hardware genuinely requires hands. You get direct engineer access instead of a reception desk.
Can you support our Spanish-speaking partners or staff?
Our delivery languages are English and French. Many Miami clients run bilingual English/Spanish operations; we support your English-speaking admins directly, and documentation can note internal language handoffs.
How do you handle hurricane season?
Backups are restore-tested year-round with off-site copies documented in writing, and we build a written recovery plan covering office-access loss and full remote operation — reviewed before each season.
Is Amen Security only a Canadian provider?
Canada is home base, but the United States is fully served under the same written SLA model — remote delivery means time zones, not borders, define coverage.
What does onboarding cost?
The assessment is free. After it, you receive written per-seat pricing and scope — no surprise invoices, and you can compare us line-by-line with any local quote.
