Managed IT services for Dallas, Fort Worth, and the DFW metro — delivered remotely by Amen Security, a Canadian MSP serving Texas SMBs. Monitoring, help desk, Microsoft 365, backups, and security under one written SLA, priced per seat so fast-growing DFW companies can budget IT like a utility instead of a fire drill.
DFW keeps absorbing corporate relocations and logistics buildout, and mid-market teams inherit the IT mess: half-migrated tools, vendor sprawl, and headcount plans that assume technology just works. The fix is boring and effective — monitored infrastructure, clean identity management, and a help desk that resolves instead of escalates.
We price per seat with scope in writing after a free assessment, which matters here: Texas buyers compare quotes, and most local providers will not show their math. When growth adds a new site or thirty seats, scaling the agreement is a line item, not a renegotiation.

Frequently asked questions
Do you serve Fort Worth and Plano, or just Dallas proper?
The entire DFW metro equally — delivery is remote-first, so geography inside North Texas does not change service quality or pricing.
We are adding headcount fast — how does that work contractually?
Per-seat pricing scales linearly: new hires join the agreement as a line item. No renegotiation events, no per-incident surprises.
Do you have a Dallas office?
No storefront — remote-first from our Canadian team with on-site visits scoped when hardware requires hands. Engineer access beats a reception desk.
How do you compare to local DFW MSPs?
On transparency and range: written per-seat scope before commitment, plus website and custom app capability most single-focus MSPs lack.
What size companies do you support?
Typically SMBs around 30–80 seats; smaller and larger teams are welcome after assessment.
