Managed IT services for Charlotte and the Carolinas — delivered remotely by Amen Security, a Canadian MSP serving the US Southeast. Monitoring, help desk, Microsoft 365, backups, and security under one written SLA, with the documentation discipline that finance-adjacent and regulated-adjacent Charlotte industries expect from their vendors.
Charlotte’s economy leans on banking, fintech, and the professional-services ecosystem around them — industries where your clients audit your controls even when regulators do not. Vendor questionnaires, evidence requests, and insurance requirements land on small IT teams with no warning.
We make that paperwork cheap by making the controls real: monitored EDR, enforced MFA, tested backups, access reviews, and monthly reporting that doubles as evidence. When a client sends a security questionnaire, you answer from documents that already exist — not a weekend scramble.

Frequently asked questions
We get security questionnaires from bank clients — can you help?
Yes. The controls those questionnaires reference become part of daily operations, and our monthly reports generate the evidence you attach to answers.
Are you familiar with financial-sector requirements?
We implement widely expected controls — MFA, EDR, backup testing, access reviews, incident documentation — and coordinate with your compliance counsel on sector-specific obligations.
Do you serve outside Charlotte — Raleigh, Greenville?
Yes — remote delivery covers the Carolinas equally under the same SLA.
Do you have a Charlotte office?
No — remote-first from our Canadian team with on-site visits scoped when hardware requires hands.
What makes you better than a local Carolinas MSP?
Transparency and range: written per-seat scope upfront, evidence-grade reporting, plus website and app development most MSPs cannot offer.
